Fair Date

Aruba College Fair takes place every two years in the fall. ACF 2012 will take place on 9 and 10 November 2012 at the Renaissance Convention Center. To register as an exhibitor, please email us at info@arubacollegefair.com or arubacollegefairfoundation@gmail.com.

Fair Program

ACF opens its door for the students on Friday morning at 10:00 and remains open until 20:00. ACF reopens the following morning (Saturday) at 10:00 and remains open until 18:00. ACF does not close for lunch on neither day so, as an exhibitor, you are free to decide when to take a break. We do request, however, that you leave a note to inform the students when you will return.

On Thursday evening, the 8th of November, Aruba College Fair Foundatin hosts an informal Meet-n-Greet for all exhibitors from 19:00 - 21:00. Place t.b.a.

Booth Set-up

Exhibitors have the opportunity to set up their booths on Friday morning, commencing at 07:00. If the Fair venue was unoccupied the evening before, set-up may be possible then. ACFF will not know this until well near the Fair date.

Booth specifications and services

Each booth has a 3 X 2.4 X 3 m (10 X 8 X 10 feet) aluminum frame. The side and back “walls” of the booth are drapes, thus, heavy posters or other decorative accessories will not hold. Exhibitors may use the top bar of the frame to hang items. In each booth, there will be a 2.4m (8 ft) long table, two chairs, one garbage bin. See image below.

All booths include electrical outlets and wi-fi internet service. Items/services for the booth that need to be requested explicitly:

 

ACF Layout

The layout of the venue is dependent on the number of registrations and booths. Special requests will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.

Accomodation

The Renaissance Resort & Casino, ACF's host venue, provides our exhibitors with special accomodation rates. These rates will be valid for the period 7 November through 13 November 2012. Exhibitors must contact Reservations agent Ms. Zulaica Tromp (ztromp@arubarenaissance.com) at +297-523-6165 to book directly with the hotel. Mention "Aruba College Fair" to get these special rates:
