For more than 25 years, Aruba College Fair has helped students in Aruba explore what comes next.
What began in 2000 as an initiative introduced by the Ministry of Education quickly became an important resource for students, parents, and educators seeking access to higher education opportunities and career guidance. The event created a space where students could connect directly with colleges, universities, and institutions from around the world while asking questions about programs, student life, admissions, financial aid, and future career paths.
How It Started
Following the success and positive response from the community, Aruba College Fair evolved into a recurring event. In 2002, Aruba College Fair Foundation (ACFF) was established as an independent non-profit organization to continue and grow the Fair outside of political affiliation, ensuring its long-term focus remained on students and educational access.
Since then, Aruba College Fair has continued to bring together institutions from the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Latin America, and beyond, creating opportunities for students to explore a wide range of academic and professional pathways in one place.
More Than a College Fair
Aruba College Fair is designed to encourage exploration, informed decision-making, and meaningful conversations about the future.
Whether students are beginning to consider their options, preparing to study abroad, continuing their education, or exploring career opportunities, the Fair aims to provide access to information, guidance, and direct engagement with representatives from a broad range of institutions and industries.
The event also creates opportunities for parents, teachers, counselors, and the wider community to become part of the conversation and support students through the decision-making process.
Aruba College Fair Today
The 2024 edition welcomed more than 3,250 students, parents, teachers, counselors, and community members over two days at the Renaissance Convention Center, reinforcing the Fair’s role as an important educational event for Aruba and the wider region.
Today, Aruba College Fair continues to evolve with each edition through expanded programming, workshops, resources, and stronger connections between students and institutions from around the world.
The People Behind ACF
Aruba College Fair Foundation is led by a volunteer board made up of professionals from different fields who dedicate their time and expertise to organizing the event and supporting its continued growth.
Their shared goal is to continue creating opportunities for students to connect, explore, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
