Tentative hours:
Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Final event hours will be confirmed closer to the Fair.
Please note that Aruba College Fair does not officially close for lunch during event hours. Exhibitors are free to take breaks at their discretion. We kindly ask that exhibitors leave a note at their booth if temporarily away so students know when they will return.
We are currently finalizing additional details for the 2026 edition. Updates will continue to be shared as they become available.

Participation includes a standard booth setup and access to attendee engagement throughout the Fair.
Registration Fees
Early Bird (register and pay by June 30, 2026): AWG 1450
Regular Registration (after June 30, 2026): AWG 1650
Additional Booth: AWG 350
Early Bird registration is non-refundable.

Each exhibitor is provided with a dedicated booth space designed for direct engagement with attendees.
Booth Specifications
Booths are expected to include:
3 x 2.4 x 3 m aluminum frame booth structure
Draped side and back walls
One 2.4 m (8 ft) table
Two chairs
One garbage bin
Electrical outlet access
Wi-Fi internet service
Please note that booth walls are draped and may not support heavy posters or decorative materials. Exhibitors may use the top frame bar to hang lightweight items.

Electricity in Aruba operates on 110V standard outlets.

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing:

Extension cords
Extension cords are not provided by ACF.
Booth Set-Up
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to set up their booths on Friday morning prior to the opening of the Fair.
Tentative Set-Up Time
Friday beginning approximately 7:00 AM.
If the venue becomes available the evening before, early set-up may be possible. Confirmation will only be available closer to the event date.

The final booth layout for Aruba College Fair 2026 will depend on the number of participating institutions and the overall event configuration.
Special booth requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, but booth placement cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Participating exhibitors will receive:

An informal Meet & Greet for exhibitors is planned ahead of the Fair.
This gathering offers an opportunity to connect with fellow exhibitors and the ACF team before the event begins.
Additional details, including transportation and logistics, will be shared closer to the Fair date.
International exhibitors requiring transportation assistance may contact the ACF team for support.

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging shipment of their materials to Aruba.
Important
Please do not send materials directly to the Fair venue.
Exhibitors may:
Ship materials to their hotel (with prior approval), or
Arrange delivery through Aruba College Fair Foundation (ACFF)
Handling Fees
Pick-up and delivery: USD $40
Delivery only: USD $20
Delivery to the Fair venue takes place on the morning of the event.

FedEx, UPS, and similar services offer the most reliable delivery timelines.
Postal Services
Recommended shipping window: 4–5 weeks in advance.
Ocean Freight
Recommended for larger shipments with longer lead times.
All shipments are subject to customs inspection. Exhibitors are responsible for proper documentation, declared values, and any applicable duties or clearance fees.
